Privacy Policy

Andong International Convention Center (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or "we") complies with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Personal Information Protection Act, and all applicable regulations and guidelines related to personal data protection for the purpose of securing users' personal information.
This Privacy Policy informs you of the purposes and methods for which your personal information is used, as well as the measures we take to protect it.
1. Purpose of Personal Information Processing (Collection and Use)

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes.
The processed personal information shall not be used for any purposes other than those explicitly stated.
Should there be any changes to the purposes of processing, the Company shall obtain prior consent from you.

  • To respond to inquiries, and provide other services related to the Company or its products, etc.
2. Processing, Usage and Retention Period of Personal Information

The Company processes and retains personal information only within the processing and retention period prescribed by applicable laws and regulations, or within the period agreed upon by the data subject at the time of collection and personal information shall be promptly destroyed once the purpose of collection and use has been fulfilled.
For the purpose of supporting consultation records, personal information may be retained for up to one year.
However, if retention is required under other laws or regulations, personal information shall be retained without destruction.

3. Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them

Data subjects have the right to request access to, correction of, or withdrawal of consent regarding their personal information at any time.
Such requests can be made in writing, by phone, or via email to the Company’s Personal Information Management Department, and the Company will respond without undue delay.
If a data subject requests correction of inaccurate personal information, the Company will suspend use or disclosure of that information until the correction is completed.
For minors under the age of 14, legal guardians hold the rights to access, correct, or withdraw consent regarding the child’s personal information.
The Company will handle any personal information deleted or terminated upon request by the data subject or their legal guardian in accordance with this Privacy Policy and shall not disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

4. Items of Personal Information Processed

The Company collects the following items of personal information:

5. Destruction of Personal Information

The Company shall promptly destroy personal information once the purpose for its collection and use has been fulfilled, or upon expiration of the retention period, except where retention is required by the user’s consent, terms of use, or applicable laws and regulations.

  • Printed materials or paper documents, etc. containing personal information: shredding or incineration
  • Electronic files: permanent deletion by means that make recovery impossible
6. Installation/Operation and Rejection of Automated Personal Information Collection Devices The Company does not employ cookies that store and repeatedly retrieve information of the data subject.
7. Measures to Ensure Security of Personal Information

To secure personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized disclosure, alteration, or damage, the Company implements the following security measures:


Administrative Measures
  • The Company establishes and enforces internal management plans to ensure the secure handling of personal information.
  • We also conduct mandatory annual training and awareness programs at least once a year for all personnel handling personal information.
  • Access to personal information is strictly limited to the minimum number of authorized personnel.

Technical Measures
  • To prevent unauthorized disclosure and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses, etc., the Company employs security software and actively monitors against external intrusions.
  • Personal information and passwords of data subjects are encrypted during storage and managed securely, with additional security measures applied during data transmission to ensure confidentiality.

Physical Measures
  • Access to data centers and document storage facilities is strictly controlled and monitored to prevent unauthorized physical access.
8. Processing of Employee and Executive Personal Information

The provisions of this Privacy Policy shall also apply mutatis mutandis to the processing of personal information of the Company’s employees and executives

10. Amendments to Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy shall be effective as of August 24, 2022. Any amendments, additions, or deletions to this Privacy Policy in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and policies shall be notified in advance via the Company’s announcement channels prior to their implementation.

Prohibition of Unauthorized Email Collection

This website strictly prohibits the unauthorized collection of posted email addresses through electronic mail harvesting programs or other technical means.
Violations may result in penalties under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection and other relevant laws.

Modern G Inc. is a local creative studio and video and photo content producer launched in Andong in September 2016. At its headquarters (Room 505, 16 Yeongga-ro, Andong, Gyeongbuk), three dedicated staff for planning, filming, motion graphics, and editing produce everything in one stop - from public-institution campaign and culture, tourism, and MICE event PR videos to corporate brand films, documentaries, and SNS short-form. The production pipeline overseen by CEO and producer Lee Sang-am handles concept planning, scenario writing, 4K filming with drones and time-lapse, and color grading, CG, and sound design at its own facilities, characterized by fast decision-making and consistent quality control.

Modern G has produced numerous public-interest campaigns in collaboration with Andong MBC, Yeongnam Broadcasting, the Andong Public Health Center, and the Dementia Relief Center, as well as local cultural-record videos such as the Culture Line Village Walk series, establishing itself as a studio that imbues local value through emotional storytelling. At the same time, it operates its own online mall Modern G Market, providing product-photo and PR-video packages based on its filming expertise and selling local goods and health foods via e-commerce, expanding its business scope.

Under the slogan adding story to new and emotional video, Modern G aims to continue being a creative partner that translates the messages of local culture, tourism, and MICE sites into visual language, growing the Andong content ecosystem and corporate competitiveness together.
